Banana and Kale Smoothie

10 minutes prep time | Serves 2

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup chopped kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
  1. Place all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
