Banana and Kale Smoothie
10 minutes prep time | Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup chopped kale
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
