Breakfast Boost
5 minutes prep time | serves 1
You'll Need:
- 1/2 c tahini
- 1/2 c plain goat yogurt
- 1/2 c rolled oats
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 4 small ice cubes or 1/2 c water
1. In a blender, combine tahini, yogurt, oats, honey, and ice.
2. Blend until smooth.
