Paradise Shake
10 minutes prep time | Serves 4
Ingrdients:
2 c pineapple-orange juice
1 pkg Firm Tofu
3/4 c banana slices
1 large mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in natural juice
Dash each cinnamon and nutmeg
Sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth. Serve cold. Keeps well in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
