10 minutes prep time Serves 4
- 2 c vanilla-flavored yogurt
- 2 ripe bananas*, sliced
- 1 c granola
- 1 c shredded coconut
- Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into each of 4 dessert bowls or parfait glasses. Top each serving with 1/8 of the banana slices.
- Sprinkle 1/8 cup of granola over banana slices. Top each serving with 1/8 cup of the coconut.
- For each serving, repeat layering of yogurt, banana slices, granola, and coconut. Serve.
