Fair-Trade Tropical Fruit Parfait

10 minutes prep time  Serves 4


  • 2 c vanilla-flavored yogurt
  • 2 ripe bananas*, sliced
  • 1 c granola
  • 1 c shredded coconut


  1. Spoon 1/4 cup of yogurt into each of 4 dessert bowls or parfait glasses. Top each serving with 1/8 of the banana slices.
  2. Sprinkle 1/8 cup of granola over banana slices. Top each serving with 1/8 cup of the coconut.
  3. For each serving, repeat layering of yogurt, banana slices, granola, and coconut. Serve.
