Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Sweeten with brown sugar or spice them up with cayenne!

 

What You Need
  • 1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons butter, melted
  • Pinch salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees
  2. Toss seeds in a bowl with the melted butter and salt
  3. Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown; stir occasionally.
Tip: When you are cleaning the seeds be sure to leave some of the pulp for extra flavor.

 

Sweet or Spicy?

 

For extra spice add a pinch of cayenne.

For extra sweetness add a pinch of brown sugar.
