Grilled Steak with Lemon Marinade

 

Ingredients:
  • 4 Porterhouse Steaks (or cut of meat of your choice)
  • Lemon Marinade
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Place all Marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Place steaks in a large baking dish.
  3. Pour marinade over and cover.
  4. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  5. Cook on grill until steaks are ready to your liking
