Ingredients:
- 4 Porterhouse Steaks (or cut of meat of your choice)
- Lemon Marinade
- 1/2 cup vegetable or olive oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place all Marinade ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
- Place steaks in a large baking dish.
- Pour marinade over and cover.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours
- Cook on grill until steaks are ready to your liking
