Mo's Morselicious Nuttin' Naughty About This Patty

 

Makes 6 medium sized patties
 
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup soaked and cooked beans of your choice
  • 1/2 cup soaked and cooked quinoa (or brown rice) 
  • 2 Tbsp flax meal  & 1 Tbsp chia seeds mixed with 1/4 cup water 
  • 1/4 cup Morselicious Mix (OR add 1/4 cup more quinoa)
  • 1/3 cup diced carrots
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/3 cup diced zucchini
  • 3 diced green onion
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup chopped cashews 
 
Optional -- Add to your taste:
  • black pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Fresh parsley 
  • Fresh basil or rosemary
  • Cumin
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
 
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl
  2. Form into 6 patties
  3. Place onto a pan lightly greased with coconut oil.
  4. Bake at 300° or pan fry on medium until outside is browned.  
 
SERVE with sweet potato fries, mixed green salad or make Mo's BOWL Meal: served over a giant salad with avocado and dressing on top.
