Mo's Morselicious Nuttin' Naughty About This Patty
Makes 6 medium sized patties
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup soaked and cooked beans of your choice
- 1/2 cup soaked and cooked quinoa (or brown rice)
- 2 Tbsp flax meal & 1 Tbsp chia seeds mixed with 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Morselicious Mix (OR add 1/4 cup more quinoa)
- 1/3 cup diced carrots
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/3 cup diced zucchini
- 3 diced green onion
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup chopped cashews
Optional -- Add to your taste:
- black pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh basil or rosemary
- Cumin
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl
- Form into 6 patties
- Place onto a pan lightly greased with coconut oil.
- Bake at 300° or pan fry on medium until outside is browned.
SERVE with sweet potato fries, mixed green salad or make Mo's BOWL Meal: served over a giant salad with avocado and dressing on top.
