Homemade Pesto

10 minutes prep time | Serves 6

What You Need

  • 1½ c basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or a high-speed blender.
  2. Puree until smooth.
