Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8oz container fat free cream cheese, softened
  • 14oz can artichoke bottoms, drained & chopped
  • 1 bunch spinach, steamed and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, optional

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients, except mozzarella cheese, blend well.
  3. Grease Pie Pan.
  4. Spoon in dip and top with Mozzarella, if desired.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted, and top is golden brown.
  6. Serve with bread or chips to dip.
