Artichoke Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
- 8oz container fat free cream cheese, softened
- 14oz can artichoke bottoms, drained & chopped
- 1 bunch spinach, steamed and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, optional
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients, except mozzarella cheese, blend well.
- Grease Pie Pan.
- Spoon in dip and top with Mozzarella, if desired.
- Bake until cheese is melted, and top is golden brown.
- Serve with bread or chips to dip.
Helpful tips:
Taste the best when served hot/warm.
