Easy Ginger Dip

Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
Directions:
- Mix well and serve with whole-wheat crackers. For a creamier consistency, ideal for dipping veggies or fruit spears, add 1 cup plain yogurt to the recipe.
