Easy Ginger Dip

5 minutes prep time | Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup crystallized ginger, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp curry powder
     

Directions:

  1. Mix well and serve with whole-wheat crackers. For a creamier consistency, ideal for dipping veggies or fruit spears, add 1 cup plain yogurt to the recipe.
