Gourmet Greek Spread

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb feta cheese
- 4 cloves fresh garlic
- 10 pitted kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup whole milk or light cream
Directions:
- In food processor: process the garlic, cream cheese and milk until smooth. Add the feta and olives, mix until loosely combined. Chill for about at least an hour to allow the flavors to develop.
- Serve cold with pita, crackers or veggies, or spoon onto sliced French bread, sliced baguette rounds, or mini-bagel halves. Can also be toasted until lightly browned for a warm appetizer.
Tips
You can add 8-10 strips of sun-dried to the spread for extra flavor, just remember to drain them well and chop them into small pieces first, then fold them into the mix at the very end so the tomatoes hold their shape and texture.
This spread can also be put into an oven-safe ramekin and toasted until lightly browned at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for an awesome hot appetizer.
