Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Mori-Nu Silken Lite Firm Tofu
  • 1/2 cup white miso
  • 1 tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown rice vinegar

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve with chips, pita slices or veggies
