Mango Salsa Madness

Ingredients:
- 4 mangos, fresh rip but firm
- 2 Asian pears, crisp, slightly soft
- 2 Serrano chili peppers (de-seeded optional)
- 2 cups chopped Cilantro
- 1 ½ cups Marukan Seasoned Gourmet Rice Vinegar Dressing
- 2 Limes, freshly squeezed
Directions:
1) Peel, pit and chop all fruit and cilantro.
2) Blend Rice Vinegar Dressing with Serrano chilies, lime and half of the Cilantro.
3) Pour over fruit and toss with other half of cilantro.
4) Let flavors meld for 2 hours.
5) Serve chilled with chips or use as garnish on grilled shrimp tacos, salmon or any seafood at all.
