Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped kale
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:
1) Place all ingredients into a blender
2) Blend until smooth
