Paradise Shake
10 minutes prep time | Serves 4
What you need:
- 2 c pineapple-orange juice
- 1 pkg Firm Tofu
- 3/4 c banana slices
- 1 large mango, peeled, seeded, and sliced
- 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple in natural juice
- Dash each cinnamon and nutmeg
- Sweetener of choice, to taste (optional)
What you do:
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Whip until smooth. Serve cold. Keeps well in refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
