Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

5 minutes prep time | Serves 4

Ingredients:
4 c nonfat milk
4 Tbsp smooth peanut butter
4 frozen bananas
Sugar or honey to taste (optional)
1/8 to 1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla

1. In blender, place milk and peanut butter. Blend for 30 seconds.
2. Add bananas, optional sugar or honey, cinnamon, and vanilla. Blend until mixture is completely combined. Serve immediately.
