Popeye Fruit Smoothie

5 minutes prep time | Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 c frozen raspberries
1 c spinach
1 c low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 c low-fat milk
1/4 c cashews
2 scoops vanilla or fruit-flavored whey protein (equal to 50 grams)
2 Tbsp goji berries or goji berry juice

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
2. Blend on high until mixture is a smooth consistency.
