5 minutes prep time | Serves 4

What you need:

  • 1 c orange juice
  • 1 c cantaloupe, cut into chunks
  • 8 oz nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 c fresh whole strawberries, washed and hulled

What you do:
In a blender, puree the juice with the cantaloupe. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
