5 minutes prep time | Serves 2

Ingredients:
1 large baked yam or sweet potato, peeled and chopped
1 c frozen orange juice
3/4 c milk or yogurt
2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/2 c ice (optional)
Cinnamon stick, for garnish

1. Blend all ingredients together well.
2. Serve garnished with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
