Healthy Breakfast Oats

What you need:

1/2 c. rolled oats
4 tsp. chopped walnuts
2 tsp. dried cranberries
2 tsp. dried raisins
2 Tbs. Grapenuts
1 tsp. wheat bran
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 Tbs. ground flaxseed
2 Tbs. ground pumpkin seed
1 c. fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
1/2 to 2/3 c. milk or yogurt
 

What you do:

Mix together all dry ingredients.
Top with berries and milk or yogurt.

Helpful tips:

I prechop walnuts to save time for this and other recipes. I grind flax and pumpkin seeds in a coffee grinder that I use only for grinding them.
