What you need:
- 4 large stalks celery, washed and trimmed
- 1/2 c nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut) or low-fat cream cheese
- Raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds
What you do:
- Fill celery sticks with either nut butter or cream cheese and decorate with fruits and seeds.
Per serving: 94 Calories, 4 g Protein, 6 g Carbohydrates, 1 g Fiber, 6 g Total fat (3 g sat, 2 g mono, 1 g poly), 140 mg Sodium, Vitamin A, B2 (riboflavin), K, Phosphorus
