What you need:

  • 4 large stalks celery, washed and trimmed
  • 1/2 c nut butter (almond, cashew, or peanut) or low-fat cream cheese
  • Raisins, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds
     

What you do:

  1. Fill celery sticks with either nut butter or cream cheese and decorate with fruits and seeds.
