Fried Turkey Pastrami Tortilla

Sugar-free

What you need:
4 oz. Turkey pastrami Sliced
1 Tortilla Flour or spelt
2 t Yellow mustard add more or less depending on how strong of mustard flavor you like
2 T Sour cream
1/3 c Mozzarella or mild cheddar shredded (any mild cheese)
1/3 c Cherry tomatoes quartered
1/4 c grilled onion; optional (Fry in pan with butter till clear or tender crisp)
Buttering one side tortilla optional

What you do:
Mix mustard and sour cream together and spread on un-buttered side of tortilla. Sprinkle cheese on sour cream mix side. On one half the tortilla put the tomatoes and onion. On the other half put the meat. Fold and fry each buttered half until light brown

Helpful tips:
Best if served hot. To spice it up substitute pepper jack cheese!
