Southern Smoked Wrap

What you need:
 

  • 1 tortilla
  • 1/4 c hickory or mesquite-smoked barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 c shredded or thinly sliced Washington Gala apple
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 c cooked black or pinto beans or rice
  • 4 oz smoked pork or your choice of deli meat

What you do:
 

  1. Spread tortilla with 1/4 cup hickory or mesquite-smoked barbecue sauce. Top with 1/2 cup shredded or thinly sliced Washington Gala apple sprinkled with thyme. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup cooked black beans, pinto beans, or rice. Top with 4 ounces of smoked pork or your favorite deli meat. Roll up envelope style.
