Gladys McGarey, MD, is more than 100 years old and a still-practicing doctor. Recognized as a pioneer of the holistic medical movement, she is also a founding diplomate of the American Board of Holistic Medicine. She is the co-founder and past president of the American Holistic Medical Association (now called the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine).
