Dairy Free Strawberry Ice Cream

 

Ingredients:
  • 12 ounces lite mori-nu tofu, extra firm
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries - chopped
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
Directions:
  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer to a 13x9 metal baking sheet and place in the freezer
  3. 3. Freeze until firm, stir every 1/2 hour
Tip: Mixture can be transferred to an ice cream maker after step 1. Follow the directions on your appliance
