Sauteed Summer Squash
Ingredients:
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp fresh garlic. minced
1 cup zucchini squash, sliced
1 cup yellow squash, sliced
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
1) Heat olive oil over medium-high heat
2) Add garlic and saute until brown
3) Add in zucchini and yellow squash and saute until just tender, about 5 minutes
4) Place on serving dish and sprinkle with salt
