  • 12 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 12 avocado, sliced into quarters

  • 1 hard boiled egg, quartered
  • 13 cup chopped beets
  • 12 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • sliced leek for garnish

Directions

  1. Mix together in a serving bowl.
  2. Garnish with sliced leek.
