Gluten-Free Orange Cinnamon Bread

50 minutes prep time | Serves 10
What you need:
- 1 c white rice flour
- 2 Tbsp potato starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c orange juice
What you do:
- Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 4x6-inch bread pan. Set aside.
- Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and orange juice.
- Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
