Gluten-Free Orange Cinnamon Bread

50 minutes prep time | Serves 10

What you need:
 

  • 1 c white rice flour
  • 2 Tbsp potato starch
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c orange juice

What you do:
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 4x6-inch bread pan. Set aside.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and orange juice.
  3. Mix well. Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake 35 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
